本公司顯微鏡單元VMU、FS70的各系列都備有使用顯微鏡配備型激光[主要為Nd:YAG激光基波(1064nm)、二次諧波(532nm)、三次諧波 (355nm)、四次諧波(266nm)]進行激光加工的類型。使用支持激光的顯微鏡單元及顯微鏡物鏡進行的激光加工是以微細加工為目的,無法照 射高輸出功率的激光。使用之前請預(yù)先確認使用激光的注意事項
